Merry Edwards is the first Sauvignon Blanc I look for when I'm handed a wine menu. I grew to love it when I was in fine-dining in DC. On the nose, a plethora of tropical notes always attracted me to the wine; white pineapple, ripe passionfruit, mango and guava all twirl around On the palate, harmonious accents of ruby red grapefruit, honeysuckle and melon is cut by crisp, refreshing acidity.
